At Temple Athletics, I conceptualize and execute graphics for a social media portfolio reaching 40k+ followers across 18 Division I sports. My time with the group began during a period of major transition and brand evolution. As part of now the largest creative team Athletics has seen in years, I get to work at the heart of an effort to redefine the Owl visual identity. This involves experimenting with motion design for in-arena videoboards and developing custom typography to replace retired fonts.

Additionally, I manage end-to-end social content for the Resnick Academic Support Center, spotlighting student-athlete community involvement, leadership, and academic successes.

This combined experience has taught me how to balance technical design skills with the communication protocols needed to thrive in a fast-paced collegiate sports environment.

Carousel highlighting female student-athletes currently majoring in a sports field, featured on the Resnick Academic Support Center Instagram.

Featured on the main @templeowls Instagram account. This was a favorite responsibility because the holiday posts allowed for more playful creative direction and the chance to incorporate Philadelphia landmarks and local references into the visuals.

print projects

I occasionally step outside of my primary social media role at Resnick to handle various print requests. These projects usually involve designing effective informational flyers and posters tailored for physical display around the center and distribution among coaches. My focus is on translating complex academic information into scannable, visually engaging layouts that maintain a professional yet student friendly tone.

Leadership Academy “team-schedule-style” poster.

Resnick decided to begin featuring the Stanley Merves Leadership Academy cohorts on printed posters for distribution in coaches' offices and locker rooms. I adapted the 2026-27 leadership “roster” into an athletic department layout typically reserved for sport specific schedule posters. The final print piece combines bold textures with a professional layout to highlight the intersection of leadership and sport. The goal was to ensure academic achievements are celebrated with the same visual weight and importance as the sports themselves.
